Sabrina is Marcia's daughter and has been involved with PRRHR since its formation. She practically grew up on the back of a horse. Her vast knowledge of everything horse and her sheer love for the horses at the Rescue are much appreciated, and as a professional horse trainer, her training skills are a huge asset.
Sabrina is pictured here with her heart horse, Chiquita.
Chiquita was the second horse that Marcia rescued, when Chiquita was only 3 month old. She is the product of a Thoroughbred stallion and a paint mare that were bred to for income, by a Louisiana breeder who would take his tiny babies to auction if they did not sell before they turned 3 months old.
Sabrina has been the only person to drain Chiquita, and together, Sabrina and Chiquita have competed in over 100 competitions over the past several years and have won many blue ribbons, buckles, tack, saddles, trophies and money.
