A great way to help horses at Palomino Ridge Ranch Horse Rescue & Sanctuaryis to Sponsor A Horse.
You can select one of the horses at our rescue, and sponsor their monthly needs in entirety, or you can choose a partial sponsorship of a horse and choose one or more of the chosen horse's monthly needs.
Please look at the horses on our website under the "Meet The Horses" tab. Please choose one or more horses and contact us with the name of the horse you would like to sponsor. We can provide for you, a list of the needs of the horse of your choice.
Many of the horses at our rescue & sanctuary have come from kill pens and the slaughter pipeline, as well as owner surrenders, seizures and strays. The horses need time to settle and recuperate mentally, after the trauma they have experienced. Sponsorship is a wonderful way to provide for their monthly care while we rest, rehabilitate and train them for the next chapter of their lives, where we find them loving homes.
For the horses not suitable for adoption because of mental or physical problems, they will remain with us indefinitely as a sanctuary horse.
